In this section, you'll learn how to personalize your text and send it to your email list using MailChimp.
When Using MailChimp as an Email Service Provider, be sure that you also choose the MailChimp icon from the list of Email Service Providers and then copy the link. (Red Highlight)
Click Create Campaign.
Select Regular Campaign.
If you don't have any subscribers/list yet, you can send it to your email for test. Then Click Next (Green Highlight)
But if you already have subscribers/list you can select the "Send to entire list" option.
Be sure to fill out the information needed. (Red Highlight)
Check the Personalize the "To" field inorder to enable the personalization.
Click Next.
You can select a Basic Template or Themed Template depending on what you like.
After you have chose your template for your email, You have to edit your email and add the personalized video link. (Green Highlight)
After you have clicked the Edit button you can now edit the content of your email on the right side of the page.
Create the text for your PersonalizedLink™. It may be as simple as a 'Click here now' or as long as the example used here. Highlight your text and Click the Link icon. (Green Highlight)
Copy the URL from Step 1 and Paste it in the 'Web Address (URL)' text field and Click Insert.
You can also use Images as your PersonalizedLink™. Click Browse to upload an Image.
Click Browse again to search an Image in your computer.
Choose the Image and then click Open.
Click the Image placeholder and an Image Settings will appear in the right side of the screen. Click the Link text to paste the URL of your personalized video.
Copy the URL from Step 1 and Paste it in the 'Web Address (URL)' text field and Click Insert.
After you have edited the content of your email, Click Preview and Test and choose Send a test email.
Enter your email to test your personalized email with the PersonalizedLink™ then click Send Test.That's it. You're done adding the PersonalizedLink™ using MailChimp.
