In this section, you'll learn how to personalize your text and send it to your email list using AWeber.
When Using AWeber as an Email Service Provider, be sure to click on the AWeber icon in the panel to get the correct code. (Red Highlight)
Creating Personalized Email in AWeber.Click Create a Message and choose Drag & Drop Email Builder.
Create the text for your PersonalizedLink™. Type 'Click here to see your personalized video we made just for you'.
Highlight your text and Click the Link icon. (Green Highlight)The purpose of this is that when people click your text, it will direct them to your personalized video with their name on it.
Copy the URL from Step 1 and Paste it in the 'URL' text field.
After pasting the PersonalizedLink™, The Protocol dropdown box will set the default option to "other". You must always manually choose https:// and Click OK.
You can also Add an Image and Hyperlink it to your personalized video. Drag the Image Icon below your email message.
You can choose the image made from this tutorial or you can simply use the provided generic pre-done mockups.
Choose the Image and then click Open.
Right Click and Paste the link of your personalized video here.
Click Preview & Test (Green Highlight)
Click the Personalize drop down menu and enter a test name on the right side of the screen. Then enter a test email on the left side of the screen.
Click Send Test to send the Email to your test email and check the test email account and click the PersonalizedLink™ to verify the video indeed plays with the personalized text.That's it. You're done adding the PersonalizedLink™ to AWeber.
