In this section, you'll learn how to personalize your text and send it to your email list using InfusionSoft.
When using Infusionsoft to send out PersonalizedLinks™, be sure to choose the Infusionsoft icon and copy the link provided.
Hover your mouse cursor on the Infusionsoft logo to display the dashboard menu.
Under the Marketing section, click Email & Broadcasts to start creating your email.
Click the Get Started button to proceed.
Create the text for your PersonalizedLink™. It may be as simple as a 'Click here now' or as long as the example used here. Highlight your text and click the Link button. (Green highlight)
Paste the URL from Step 1 into the text field. Make sure Web address is selected from the dropdown menu. Click the Insert/Update button after entering the URL.
You can also add an image hyperlinked to a personalized video.You can use the image from this tutorial or you can simply use the provided pre-done mockups. Click the Insert tab to upload an image.
Click the Image button.
Click the Add New Image button to pick an image from your computer.
Choose your deisred image and click Open.
The dialogue box will show your image as well as other options for customization. Click Insert/Update to proceed.
Select the image inside the email editor. The Image tab will show.
Click on the Link button to make your image a hyperlink.
Paste the URL from Step 1 into the text field. Make sure Web address is selected from the dropdown menu. Click the Insert/Update button after entering the URL.
You can verify if your email is properly setup by clicking on the Test button.
Enter the email address to send the test email to. Click the Send button after doing so.That's it, you're done.
